Career activities are career-oriented activities that are meant to support your development to take charge of your career path during your education. Career activities are learning activities both within and outside the curriculum that can contribute to your overall competence of design. These learning activities can be a (mandatory) part of projects, such as Professional or practical skills workshops (among others organised by study association Lucid), which offer an opportunity to deepen knowledge and skills; an Honors program; a Double Degree program or certain Extra-curricular activities that may serve to demonstrate excellence.
Perhaps you have heard of My Future Activities, which is mandatory for most TU/e Bachelor College students. For Industrial Design students an exception is made and My Future Activities is not mandatory. You are always encouraged to take part in their activities.
