Barry W. Fitzgerald was born in Limerick, Ireland on October 30th 1979, almost a year after the release of Superman. He works at the Eindhoven University of Technology as a postdoctoral researcher in the Chemical Engineering Department. When he’s not watching superhero films, Barry is an avid runner and plays guitar and sings in a band. He has watched the 2012 film The Avengers more than 40 times and his superpower will always remain a closely kept secret.
