You can find the ceremony dates on the Year Planning via the Forms and files page. You will receive an official invitation and information about your diploma ceremony soon after all criteria for graduating are met, and you are discussed in the Examination Committee meeting. After the approval of the EC ID, CSA-ID starts preparing your diploma documents. You will be able to download your diploma extract from DUO within 2 to 8 weeks after all grades have been processed.
At the diploma ceremony, the Dean and/or the Program Director will give an overall speech and the graduation mentors will hand over the diplomas.
During the ceremony, we will show the audience a slide with pictures about the work that the student has done. There will also be an intermezzo to show the audience some videos of the student’s final master projects.
In the Delivery and Graduation Information Form you can upload a photo that we can use for the ceremony. If you would like to show your video during the intermezzo, you can send the video via email or WeTransfer to the Center for Student Administration (CSA-ID).
