Master Systems and Control
Welcome to the online Education Guide of the Systems&Control Master Program.
This Education Guide is meant for students primarily. It contains information on the structure and the organizational aspects of the program. You can use it as a guide throughout your entire Master’s program. All aspects of the program will be explained in detail.
The information on these pages applies to the academic year of 2017-2018, unless stated otherwise.
Within the department of Mechanical Engineering a new procedure is implemented to allocate students to research groups, which directly affects students who would like to perform their thesis work in one of the research groups in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. For more information, see 'Specializations' - 'Capacity-driven Master Allocation Procedure'.
The Systems & Control program is a 3TU program. The program and courses are set up in close cooperation with colleagues from the Delft University of Technology (TUD) and University of Twente (UT). The three core programs are largely identical. The cooperation gives students the opportunity to profit from the specific strengths of all the three universities in various fields of Systems & Control. See the site of 3TU for more information about the 3TU programs.
The Master’s program Systems & Control is an interdepartmental effort of two departments of the Eindhoven University of Technology:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
