Student statute

The student statute states all rights and obligations that you and the TU/e have regarding each other. The student statute is legally required and consists of two parts: 

  1. An institutional part (counts for the entire TU/e)
  2. A study program part (you can find these of the department pages of the education guide) 

The institute section of the TU/e student statute is primarily based on the Higher Education and Research Act (WHW), but other legislation is mentioned where relevant.
