Introducing Wellbeing Wednesday
During the week of 11-15 November, also known as the ‘Nationale Week van de Werkstress’ we’re excited to launch Wellbeing Wednesday!
This initiative, a collaboration between SSCE, ESA, and HRM, will bring you a weekly message focused on wellbeing for both students and staff.
Every Wednesday, we’ll share updates related to mental, physical, and social wellbeing— three important pillars of our wellbeing program. You can find these updates on Instagram and this Teams page. This week, we'll focus on work and study stress.
