In April 2023, Marjon joined the TU/e team (ESA department) as a Career Coach and Skills trainer. Since the beginning of her career, she worked in the profit sector and she has a background in the field of HRM. Her latest employer was a large IT-company, where she spent a major part of this career. During the last seven years, she was responsible for the Career Center, and focused on career coaching, personal development and gave teamtrainings in the field of communication, collaboration, teambuilding etc. Within the TU/e, Marjon is one of the career coaches for students and she is one of the teachers for the Master’s course Career Development at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Furthermore, she is active as a professional development coach in the EngD program DEES and provides career and professional skills training.
