Bachelor's before Master's rule

All Dutch universities use the so-called bachelor-before-master rule. This means that you first have to completely finish a bachelor’s program or transition program before starting with a master’s degree program. For more information on this rule and an FAQ, please check the central information page.

Moments of starting a master’s degree program

The Industrial Design Master program has two starting moments for students; at the beginning of the first and second semester. You could start with your master’s degree in September or February.

For TU/e guidelines on starting your Master program, please check the central information page or contact the ESA Helpdesk
