You must register for your graduation project via the Registration form Graduaion project AI&ES below and enroll for your graduation project via Osiris, one month before the start of the graduation project.

Make sure to discuss all the details of your graduation project with your thesis supervisor before filling in and submitting this webform.

Your webform will be sent to your thesis supervisor, CSA EE and the secretary of the research group that your thesis supervisor belongs to. CSA EE will check whether your registration (entry requirements and graduation dates) is valid. You will receive a response from CSA EE within 10 working days.

If, during your graduation project, you wish to deviate from the information you have submitted via this registration form, you must discuss this with your thesis supervisor and/or academic advisor on the steps to take.

Important note:
The total time frame from the start date to the end date is 32 weeks. You are allowed to add another 2 weeks in case you would like to include a holiday break, for which you do not have to submit a request to the EC AI&ES.

The graduation project duration can be longer than 32 (34) weeks, to account for extra time necessary for following and passing the delayed course(s), 3.5 weeks per 5 ECTS. For this situation you must submit a request for extension to the EC AI&ES for approval first. Please contact the academic advisor on time for guidance on the steps to follow.
