1718 Q4

The results of the Q4 evaluations were provided to the teachers, and have been discussed with the Director of Education and the Program Committee. In general the evaluation outcomes are positive.

Bachelor's Program

The response rate of the evaluations of Q4 varied between 13,3 % and 38,5%. 14 courses were offered in Q4. For the overall course evaluation grades ranged from 4.3 to 8.5. The majority of the courses were appreciated, 3 courses received an insufficient overall grade and 3 courses were graded as excellent (overall grades are evaluated on a on a 0.0 to 10.0 scale). Students are in general satisfied with their teachers, 12 out of 20 lecturers were given excellent evaluations (on a scale from 0.0 to 5.0). One even received a 5.0. The course material and setup of a few courses was the focal point for improvement.

Master's Program

There were 6 courses offered in Q4. The response rate of the course evaluations in Q4 ranged between 18,8 and 55,6%. Students expressed their appreciation for the courses in grades ranging from 4.9 to 7.8. In general the topics lecturers were appreciated. The workload and set up of the courses were the main points for improvement.

Improvement

When looking at the evaluation outcomes of the bachelor and master courses in quarter 4, we see opportunities for improvementIn general students are satisfied with the courses and lecturers but there is room for improvement in the workload distribution, setup of some courses and course materials available.

The results of the evaluations are discussed in the Education Councils and with a delegation of the Program Committee. Within these meetings the plans for improvements will be discussed.
