You indeed have secured your residence permit for the next year of your studies. However, it is good to realize that you only passed half of the maximum credits of an academic year. This might very well mean that you would need longer than the nominal duration to complete your studies (and thus have to pay tuition fee for more months/years than the nominal duration).
